Sonographer2 years experience required, first time travelers -- OK!BLS required, ARDMS or ARRT Sonography required.ARDMS (AB) and ARDMS (OB) preferred.EPIC required, InteleRad PACS preferred.Siemens exp PACS, PortablesWe are a level 2 trauma center. M-F we are staffed with 3 day shift-technologists and 1 evening/night shift technologist.Perform on occasionally: Limited OB > 14weeks/ 1st trimester.We have a separate tower (South tower) that handles 99.9% of the OB, Neonate, NICU, & Women's care exams, Women's & Children Center (WCC).Liver Elastrography (OP setting only). Vascular exams, we perform Renal Transplant and Liver Doppler (TIPPS eval); there is a separate department that performs the remaining vascular exams.General department performs Para and Thoras on Sat/Sun for Inpatient/ ED patients only.Biopsies: Liver (rare occasion Contrast Enhancement), soft tissue, occasional drainages/aspirations, Kidney, & FNA of thyroid nodule.
