Delivery Manager at HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables in West Fargo ND

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of hot tubs, saunas, and pool tables to customers
Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Train and develop delivery team members to provide the best customer experience
Resolve any delivery issues or customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Delivery products to our customers when needed
Weekly transfer of materials

Qualifications:

Previous experience in delivery or logistics management
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on providing the best customer experience
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
