This position is responsible for adhering to established production processes to produce quality work that meets customer specifications and for meeting individual production goals. This position is for an 8-hour shift. The starting pay is $24.81 per hour (plus $1.00 per hour shift premium if working on 2nd or 3rd shift). The top out is $29.64 per hour. Employees are generally topped out within 1 year. Shifts available are 2nd shift (3p-11p) or 3rd shift (11p-7a). Applicant must include complete work history or attach resume to be considered for position.Essential Functions:Responsible for general knowledge of any / all job-related machinery, equipment, and work instructions.Set up and operate production equipment according to established specifications, adjusting CNC programming as neededCalibration and use of measurement equipmentUtilize production equipment to produce finished goods in accordance with production goalsPerform hourly quality checks to ensure quality of finished product in accordance with established quality processes and guidelinesUtilize forklift to move materials and finished goods as needed in the production processMaintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to all safety proceduresOther duties as assignedPosition Qualifications :Mechanical skills, ability to read micrometer, blueprints and various calipersBasic math and computer skillsAbility to work all jobs within the departmentExperience:0-1 years of manufacturing experienceCNC and blueprint reading experience preferredFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
