This includes overseeing front desk staff, managing check-ins, and addressing members and guest inquiries. The Front Desk Supervisor is dedicated to offering a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all members and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience./ppReporting Structure/pp Reports to the Facilities Maintenance Director or Director of Rooms/ph3Day To Day/h3ulliOversee front desk activities, including member and guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries./liliHandle inquiries and provide information about club amenities, services, and events./liliAssist with special requests, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests./liliMonitor and ensure that the front desk area and lobby are clean, organized, and well maintained./liliReport any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel./liliEnsure that all club policies and procedures are followed by members and guests./liliAssist with training and scheduling front desk staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service./liliAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate departments./liliSchedule and confirm appointments or reservations for club facilities and services./liliAssist with generating reports related to membership, reservations, and guest usage to ensure accurate tracking of club activities./li/ulh3Additional Duties/h3ulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliRepresent the companys management team by supporting and enforcing policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliPromote and follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliSupport the overall efficiency of the team by collaborating and contributing to the clubs goals./li/ulh3About You/h3pRequired/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliA minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position./li/ulpPreferred/pulliAssociate or bachelors degree in hospitality or a related field./liliStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff./liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor./liliAbility to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment./liliProficiency in using office equipment, reservation systems, and basic computer software./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliGeneral Activity: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving/liliEnvironmental Exposure: Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases/liliPhysical Actions: Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending/liliLifting: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. on occasion Sensory Requirements: Talking, hearing, and seeing/li/ulh3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3ulliComputer/liliOffice Supplies/li/ulh3Work Schedule/h3ulliAdherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule./liliFlexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet position deadlines./liliAvailability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required./li/ulpWhat We Offer/ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
