StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

 

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Patients per day: 10-15 patients per day.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic.
• Scope: Standard Primary Care, 18 years old and older. Will be treating geriatric patients.
• State Licensure: California state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
• Responsibility for Mid-Levels: No.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45 - 60 days.
