Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health challenges.

  • Perform thorough assessments to identify client needs, develop targeted treatment plans, and establish therapeutic goals that promote client growth and healing.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the whole person.

  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely client records according to compliance and regulatory standards, ensuring continuity of care and high-quality treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, with a focus that qualifies for LPCC licensure in the state of California.

  • Current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) permit through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

  • At least 2 years of experience providing clinical counseling, specifically in trauma-informed practices.

  • A strong understanding of the ethical and legal standards surrounding counseling practices.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in telehealth or remote therapy practices is highly desirable.
