Heavy Civil Construction Foreman

Knife River is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews on heavy civil and commercial construction projects. This role plans daily work, assigns tasks, and ensures safe, efficient completion of concrete, asphalt, and earthwork operations. The Foreman enforces Knife River’s strict safety standards, conducts toolbox talks, and ensures compliance with specifications and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating equipment and materials, monitoring production, resolving on-site issues, and communicating with project managers and inspectors while mentoring crew members in a team-oriented, safety-first culture.
