Hospice Pet Therapy Volunteers Needed!
Crescent Hospice
Crescent Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers with verified therapy animals to provide companionship and emotional support to hospice patients and their families. Your presence - and that of your pet - can bring moments of joy and comfort during a challenging time.
Our office is located in North Charleston. If you live in Berkeley, Charleston, or Dorchester County we would love to pair you and your pet with a patient/patients in your area. Please contact me if you are interested in our Volunteer Program! ( All direct patient volunteers must be 18 and older ).
Required for pets:
Pet certification from Pet Partners, TDI, or Alliance of Therapy Dogs
Up to date immunizations and vet records
