Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for Center Operations Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. We Want To Hear From People Who Have a Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children. Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that? Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah. Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class. Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
