ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager for Lindsay Brown State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively protecting from loss with relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop marketing strategy to prospect new households and maintain customer relationships to drive growth.
• Build referral relationships with centers of influences within the community.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and personalize the customer experience.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to be fully engaged in the sales process.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
