• Source profile with strong development backgrounds (.NET/AWS preferred, Python also acceptable).
• Candidates must have GitHub Actions experience and understanding of feature flag concepts.
• LaunchDarkly experience is not mandatory; conceptual knowledge of feature flagging is sufficient.
• Prioritize candidates in Fort Mill SC; Austin TX profiles may also be considered for strong fits.
• Focus on developers who can understand feature flag integration within application code, not just DevOps engineers.
• wait detailed roles/responsibilities from the client and start profile identification immediately.
• Plan for weekly status checkpoints once profile submissions begin.
Key takeaway: Client is looking for a developer with GitHub Actions + Programming knowledge (Python or any language), rather than specific LaunchDarkly experts.
