Mold MakerLeominster, Massachusetts, United StatesWe are seeking a Mold Maker/Manufacturing Technician. The primary responsibilities will be to build, repair, and modify molds using CNC/manual machines while ensuring precision and quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipmentRepair and modify existing molds using CNC and manual machining equipmentDisassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds for repair and evaluationReview and interpret drawings and modelsOperate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other manual/CNC equipmentUse precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges) to ensure tight tolerance machining and final fittingCollaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company and industry safety standardsPerform other Tool Room-related duties as assignedBenefits:Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision)PTO, Paid Holidays401K with MatchLife InsuranceAnnual bonus and incentive planSTD & LTDRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:1.
