Includes $41,600 annual base pay, plus commission and bonus opportunities!

Responsibilities

• Participate in training, role-playing, and coaching to learn insurance products and build your sales skills.
• Apply what you learn and work toward established sales goals.
• Learn to identify clients’ insurance needs, prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and agency leads.
• Follow up promptly and consistently on leads and quotes.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional coverage to new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up tasks.
• Track daily sales activity and results to measure progress toward your goals.
• Work with teammates to provide outstanding client care.

Requirements

• Comfortable making outbound calls and willing to learn how to ask for the sale.

• Able to take initiative and manage daily priorities.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn agency software.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus. Insurance experience is not required.
• Either currently licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, or willing and able to obtain the required licenses.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
