What You’ll Do:

• Run residential and light commercial service calls.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions to customers.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Educate customers on options (not just quick fixes).
• Deliver a high-level customer experience that leads to repeat business and reviews.

Compensation (Where This Role Stands Out):

• Base Pay: Competitive hourly (based on experience).
• Commission: Earn % on work you sell and complete.
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for production, reviews, and upsells.
• Earning Potential: $80,000 – $150,000+.

Requirements:

• 3+ years plumbing service experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Experience in drain cleaning, sewer work, or water heaters.
• Sales experience or comfort presenting options.
• Ability to upsell ethically and confidently.
