Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CPR certification required
• Physical Therapy license required
• Master's required
• Home health experience required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• 40 hours per week.
• Includes holidays.
• No on-call or weekend requirement.
• Coverage area includes Schuylkill County.
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
• Productivity expectation is 30 points.
• Dress code is business casual with professional appearance.
