Quick Facts Location: Elkton, MD (Remote coverage from a leading facility) Start Date: 09/09/2026 Shift: Swing shift (7 on/7 off: 5p–12a & 6p–2a), Overnight (12a–8a, 7 on/7 off) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum / Part-Time Certifications: MD license (or willing to license in PA/OH/NC/FL) Experience: Radiology, ER, MSK, Neuro, Nuc Med, high productivity Pay & Benefits Pay: $234.00 per hour (up to 8 hours/33 wRVUs per shift; additional wRVUs compensated) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time according to law Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements (if applicable) Robust referral bonus program and dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide diagnostic reads in XR, CT, MR, US, and Nuc Med modalities Cover high-volume ER and other emergency radiology cases Read code stroke images and manage complex cases Collaborate with hospital team using EPIC EMR and Merge PACS Maintain high productivity in a remote setting Adhere to shift schedules on a 7 on/7 off cycle Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements What You Need Active MD license (or willingness to license in PA/OH/NC/FL) Minimum of 1–2 years of radiology experience Ability to read stroke code images accurately Strong familiarity with EPIC EMR and PACS systems High-volume radiology proficiency; adaptable to remote work About the Assignment This locum assignment involves remote coverage of radiology services for a leading healthcare facility in Elkton, Maryland. The radiologist will interpret imaging studies across multiple modalities, including XR, CT, MR, US, and Nuc Med, providing essential diagnostic support during designated shifts.
