Peoria Gardens is a premier grower of flower and vegetable starts for independent garden centers in the West. Located in Albany, Oregon.

About the Role

We're seeking a full-time Grower to join one of three teams, each responsible for their own section of our 10-acre greenhouse operation.

• Whole-crop stewardship: Guiding crops from seed and cutting to high-quality finished plants
• IPM: reduce reliance on pesticides using scouting and beneficial insects
• Collaborate with company leaders to develop crop plans
• Contribute to continuous improvement and company growth initiatives

What we’re looking for

• A degree in Horticulture or 4+ years of hands-on greenhouse production experience preferred
• Someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and works well with others
• Someone who sees every crop as a chance to grow
