As a valued member of the psychiatric unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Monitoring and recording patient behavior and vital signs
- Assisting with daily activities and therapeutic interventions
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
- Current LVN or LPT license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferably CPI certified (can be attained on site)
- Need 1 year experience in setting
