Zendesk seeks a Global Director of Sales Operations to redesign workflows, embed AI and automation, and improve GTM effectiveness across the customer lifecycle. You will design and operationalize intelligent AI agents and agent-assisted workflows that augment GTM teams and automate execution.
The role requires hands-on leadership to iteratively design, test, and refine scalable solutions, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, and IT to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
