Your Ability to Make a Difference: * Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks. * Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes. * Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews. * Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness. * Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milans standards of professionalism. Position Responsibilities: * Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milans established medical protocols * Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results * Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records * Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow * Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments * Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate * Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service * Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records * Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation * Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance * Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction Requirements: * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing * Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service * Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently * Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols * Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results * After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers Benefits Include: * Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance within 30 days * 401k retirement plan with vested employer match * Paid time off starting immediately * Employee and spouse or legal partner receive free laser hair removal services * Professional liability insurance provided * CEU reimbursement * Annual allowance for scrubs * Commission opportunities * Career advancement opportunities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
