We're seeking a Nocturnist to join our program in Norfolk, Virginia someone who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a balanced practice environment.

The Role

• Manage 810 admissions per night from the Emergency Department
• Supported by an on-site APP and Sentara's e-Hub (7p2a) for cross-coverage
• Collaborate with specialists in Cardiology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, GI, Surgery, IR, Nephrology, and Thoracic Surgery
• ICU staffed with a dedicated APP and backed by Sentara's eICU
