We're looking for PM line cooks, MUST HAVE SAT/SUN AVAILABILITY! Kalaya is a part of Defined Hospitality, the group behind Suraya, Pizzeria Beddia, Condesa, El Techo, Picnic, and R&D. An Ideal candidate is:- Passionate about learning, asking questions, and tasting everything possible

- A team player who is always willing to lend a hand
- Clean and organized at all times
