Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with customers, and managing order flow from purchase order through shipment. The position works closely with sales representatives, customers, production, and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Responsibilities

· Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently

· Manage EDI, email, website, and fax orders daily

· Coordinate scheduling, shipping, routing, and logistics for customer orders

· Prepare and process invoices, ASN documentation, and related order paperwork

· Assist customers with product information, pricing, samples, and order status updates

· Support Manufacturer Representatives and retail customers with account needs

· Handle export and import order processing and documentation

· Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure on-time fulfillment

· Maintain and update Excel reports and spreadsheets

· Perform general administrative and filing duties as needed

Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

· Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

· EDI order processing experience preferred

· Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative experience preferred

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
