United Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Rancho Mirage, CA for a permanent full-time position .

In this role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in activities of daily living and improve overall functional performance.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active California Occupational Therapist License

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy

• NBCOT Certification

• 1+ year of recent OT experience , SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
