Field Registered Nurse

Benefits: Competitive salary Amcare Pro Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Field Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes throughout Fort Worth, Arlington, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Perform skilled nursing visits in patients' homes Complete admissions, resumptions of care, recertifications, evaluations, and discharges as assigned Assess patients and develop or update individualized plans of care Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Educate patients and caregivers about diagnoses, medications, and care plans Monitor changes in patients' conditions and promptly report concerns Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow agency policies and applicable state and federal regulations Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse license Current CPR/BLS certification At least one year of nursing experience preferred Home health, hospice, or palliative care experience preferred OASIS and WellSky/Kinnser experience is a plus Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills Ability to travel throughout Fort Worth, Arlington, and surrounding areas What We Offer: Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive clinical and administrative team Meaningful one-on-one patient care Professional and collaborative work environment Amcare Pro Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
