Associate Director, Major Gifts & CT Outreach

Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) in Connecticut seeks a mission-driven fundraiser with at least 5 years of frontline experience to grow donor pipelines and lead major gifts. You will engage donors, coordinate events, and collaborate with regional and national teams to expand our Connecticut footprint. You will identify prospects, manage a work plan, and develop volunteers while supporting a women’s division and foundation relations.
