Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing complex medical situations while providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform the circulator/monitor role during interventional procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate care within the Cath Lab and IR settings.
• Perform assessments and document patient data in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in call rotations, including weekends and holidays, to provide coverage as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with hospital standards.

Schedule

This position requires working 4 ten-hour shifts per week, along with 10-11 call shifts per month that include weekend and holiday rotations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Experience with ACIST injector, IABP, and IVUS is preferred but not mandatory.
