Project Manager

The Project Manager will act as a single point of contact for customers through the order acceptance, engineering, manufacturing, quality, financial, construction and shipping phases. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, while monitoring progress of projects and adjusting as needed to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinating with Engineering during the Engineering phase including the approval packages of each project. Ensure we are tracking toward our engineering due dates and resolving all outstanding engineering issues between the company and customer. Upon production completion and handover to shipping, communicate to ensure we understand delivery time frames to coordinate our Contractor’s arrival to site for installation. Manage and drive all other project related issues with the project order QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to meet critical dates and manage multiple priorities. Strong skills in customer relationship building, facilitation, and execution Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel as required to perform duties (10% travel expected) EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or other technical discipline 5-7 years of industrial or commercial based Project Management, with a proven track record of managing projects successfully. Background in municipal, industrial, and commercial based projects preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write and speak in English. REASONING ABILITY Understand specifications, contracts, and ability to review and negotiate Project terms and conditions. Exceptional problem-solving skills: able to identify problems and implement corrective actions. Maintain a strong set of core values utilized in daily decision-making.
