Up to $100 per renewal/ new lease) 401k planning with up to a $4,000 annual match Paid Training programs Tuition Reimbursement program Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours 8 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid ½ day Holidays, Paid Birthday or Work Anniversary Off 3-week paid sabbatical every 5 years with Monarch or 2 weeks’ pay bonus (Stay Bonus) Under $50.00 /Month medical insurance through Blue Cross for employees FREE basic Dental insurance for employees, buy-up available FREE basic life insurance for employees, buy-up available Vision & additional benefit plans for employees, +Spouse, +Children available. 20% off rent at any owned Monarch community, 100% discount after 10 years, (Subject to terms and resident selection criteria) $500.00 - $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (terms & conditions apply) Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations Ensures tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible (Commissions paid) Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable (Commissions Paid) Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, and at its greatest effect Knowledge, Skills and Experience required 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software, YARDI preferred Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, a drug screening, and a credit check.
