## Transplant CoordinatorApplyremote type: On-Sitelocations: Norfolk, VAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR-101801**City/State**Norfolk, VA**Work Shift**First (Days)**Overview:****Sentara Heart Hospital located on the campus of Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia is hiring a Transplant Coordinator Registered Nurse for the Advanced Heart Program!**The Transplant Coordinator plays a critical role in facilitating the complex logistics of organ transplantation while prioritizing patient safety and well-being while ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for both the donor and recipient.The Transplant Coordinator coordinates the clinical management of the transplant/VAD patient including the transplant/VAD evaluation, the transplant/VAD process and follow-up care.
