Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in RF systems, payload integration, and systems engineering. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent engineering documentation and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of RF systems and payloads.
- Apply electrical and systems engineering principles to complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support system integration and technical development.
- Develop clear, accurate, and structured engineering documentation, technical reports, and system documentation.
- Translate complex systems engineering concepts into concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support system-level analysis, integration activities, testing, and technical reviews.
- Identify and resolve technical issues while ensuring engineering requirements and standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, with additional experience accepted in place of formal education.
- Hands-on experience with RF systems, RF engineering, or payload integration.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex systems engineering concepts into clear and structured technical documentation.
