Position Details

• Location: Ozawkie, KS (66070)
• Hours: Thursday, Friday 6a-6:30p & Occasional hours.
• Client Specifics: 14-year old with a gj-tube, vent, and a trach.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
