Customer Service & Accounting Support Representative

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Service & Accounting Support Representative for a growing organization in La Jolla. This position combines customer service with payment processing and administrative support and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while working with detailed financial information.

Essential Functions:

• Answer and resolve incoming customer calls and voicemails.
• Partner with internal teams to address customer needs.
• Process incoming mail and distribute documentation.
• Process and deposit incoming checks.
• Review payment and remittance information.
• Maintain accurate records and Excel spreadsheets.
• Support additional accounting-related requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of similar customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and filtering.
• Experience reviewing records and remittance payments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be available to work onsite Monday-Friday.
