School Bus Driver (Part Time)

NRT Bus, Inc. is looking for a part-time school bus driver in Needham, MA. If you are already a fully licensed CDL driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements, you can earn an $8,000 sign-on bonus! If you don't have a CDL, no problemwe provide paid training. We're hiring now for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $36.05 (effective 8/24/26)
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour (effective 8/24/26)
• Schedule: Part time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays onlyno nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre trip and post trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements:

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtainwe train!)
• Valid DOT medical cardor able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
