What You'll Do:
- Provide respiratory therapy treatments and interventions to patients across various care settings
- Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status, adjusting treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses
- Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
- Valid Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist (RT) license and registration as RRT
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and adhere to schedule
- Willingness to work designated holiday blocks, including Thanksgiving and Christmas
