Activities Coordinator

Description Summary: The Activities Coordinator is responsible for guest activities, daily administrative work, and book keeping. The activities coordinator works closely with all departments to create unforgettable experiences for guests. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the activities for all guests from the pre-arrival stage through to the end of their stay Available to guests at the Activities Desk in the Outfitter’s Barn to provide friendly and helpful service throughout the day, which includes adjusting schedules, answering questions, and liaising with guides Provide clear communication within the activities, as well as with other departments, to ensure seamless operation and guest satisfaction Daily administrative work, including activity incidental sales reconciliations, activity tracking, and nightly team emails Requires transportation to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger Skills Strong multi-tasking skills Organization Communication Customer service skills required Must have a valid driver’s license Education / Experience None required #J-18808-Ljbffr White Lodging Services, Inc.
