Senior Creative Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Creative Designer based in Switzerland. In this role, you will lead the creation and evolution of high-quality visual assets, design systems, and brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to develop compelling visuals that elevate engagement and strengthen product communication. Accountabilities Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects across product and marketing initiatives. Contribute to the creation and execution of promotional campaigns and creative marketing activities. Generate innovative design concepts for both product and marketing teams, ensuring strong visual storytelling. Build, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products. Develop and update brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and creative standards. Create high‑quality digital assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other communication channels. Ensure visual consistency and quality across all outputs in alignment with established design systems and templates. Design vector icons and UI elements for use across product and marketing experiences. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to align design execution with business goals. Evaluate design performance and contribute to improving creative processes and workflows. Requirements Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. Excellent understanding of typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability principles. Solid knowledge of composition, layout design, and color theory. Proven experience creating digital assets for social media, presentations, infographics, and marketing campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Experience or familiarity with AI‑based design tools and workflows. Ability to take ownership of design outcomes and contribute proactively to team success. Experience in product or marketing design environments is a plus.
