Experience Designer (UX)

Job Title This is a full-time, long-term, fully remote position. We are a product company, and we are hiring globally. Hiring in Asia, the US, Canada, and LATAM for this position. Responsibilities Tools: Figma, Jira Collaborate on project briefs, scoping, and user research for feature design decisions, ensure usability and consistency across all the UX design Create and test wireframes, user flows, prototypes Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to collect data and feedback, build and test product feature designs Be a self-starter and a team player keen on mentoring others and growing your own skill set within a fast paced environment Qualifications Good command of English, both written and spoken 3+ years of relevant experience in UX/ product design for SaaS with 100K+ monthly users Thorough understanding of design approaches, including journey maps, wireframes/click-throughs, dynamic prototypes, user flows Proficiency in design-related tools (eg: Figma, Adobe, Sketch, Miro) Knowledge of the technology behind web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) [Nice to have] Experience in e-commerce, or tech startup Team lead experience Compensation Competitive salary offers based on experience Annual bonuses, paid vacations, and on-going learning opportunities Other company-sponsored perks Interested in joining us?
