Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a leading automotive location, where you will manage entry points, verify badges and visitor access, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct guests according to site requirements.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned automotive facility areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing activity at controlled entry points and reporting unusual conditions, damaged access equipment, or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
