About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational growth of the organization. This executive will be responsible for the oversight of various operational functions, including Research & Development, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, with a strong focus on aligning these capabilities with commercial priorities to support sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will be a key partner to leaders across Sales, Brand Marketing, and Finance, ensuring that the business continues to scale effectively. Additionally, the role involves strengthening the systems, processes, and organizational capabilities that enable growth while preserving the entrepreneurial culture that is integral to the company's success. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a proven track record in leading operations within a growing consumer packaged goods organization, preferably in the food and beverage industry. The role requires experience in overseeing multiple operational disciplines and a strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Strategic thinking, the ability to translate vision into execution, and a collaborative approach to leadership are essential. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be adept at problem-solving, and have a background in fostering innovation and driving cross-functional alignment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent executive leadership experience is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at managing budgets, KPIs, and business performance.
