Responsibilities The Nurse Manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in unit-based planning, budgeting, manpower/staffing, and education program development to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor’s in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required Minimum of 3-5 years’ clinical nursing experience in endoscopy unit required Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License Maintains current BLS, ACLS certifications Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
