Facilities Manager

Kinsley Power Systems

Kinsley Power Systems is looking for an experienced Property Manager in Austin, Texas. This role requires at least 10 years of proven success in asset/property management, including experience with laboratory, R&D, and advanced manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include managing property inspections, financial reporting, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, have strong communication and financial skills, and be familiar with property management software like Yardi.
