How You Will Drive Impact

• Cultivate robust partnerships with internal teams, customers, and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Execute critical searches and filings, including document retrieval across all jurisdictional levels.

• Facilitate precise order fulfillment, proactively resolving client inquiries to exceed expectations.

• Analyze existing procedures, empowering you to implement continuous improvements for team efficiency.

• Guide and mentor stakeholders through complex requirements using a consultative, supportive approach.

Your Core Qualifications

• Associate degree or at least one year of customer service experience in a dynamic environment.

• Proven proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite alongside meticulous data entry capabilities.

• Demonstrated analytical abilities, enabling you to manage priorities and solve problems effectively.

• Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication skills to support diverse stakeholders.

Preferred (But Not Required) Expertise

• Familiarity with UCC, mortgages, secured transactions, title/abstracting, or commercial banking.
