Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-Application Support experience with working knowledge on Unix, database, and basicknowledge on any programming Language like JAVA/C++/scripting language etc.Good communication with analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to handle/manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, applicationowner and senior stake holders across all areasIdentify recurring failures, Debug or Deep Dive in to the cause of the Issue, IdentifyImpact, Manage Escalation or IncidentIf there is a Bug in existing code (Providing Line of Code that cause the failure), escalateto L3 for a FixOr Identify if it is a Migration Issue and Coordinate the FixDrive Issues to resolution with L3 and reduce/eliminate the # of FailuresFollow the L3 escalation processQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
