Building Engineer

AA2IT

Job Title

Hours: 8am-5pm M-F On call rotation: Once a month. Monday morning when they come in to Monday morning the following week. Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Onsite

Resource's typical working day: These resource will be utilizing several trades such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to perform preventive maintenance. Monitoring building system and operations. Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.

Must Have Skills:

Basic electrical
Basic plumbing
Basic HVAC knowledge
Interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.

Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience

Education: High school diploma or general education degree

Certifications: Universal CFC certification required. Universal EPA license is Preferred

Software skills: Basic skills within Microsoft Office Outlook
