The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing losses, and responding to emergencies. Candidates should possess skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.**Essential Functions*** Supervise day to day security operations and team as directed by the Operations and Client Manager* Responsible for scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and professional development of assigned security workforce.* Develop, implement and enforce Post Orders / SOP* Respond to all emergency situations quickly and professionally* Actively acknowledge everyone with a friendly greeting and/or identify visitors in order to provide directions and information pertaining to the area* Manage uniforms, equipment and supplies* Submit and ensure all required reporting requirements are met* Monitor and report any unusual activities,* Able to de-escalate and/or handle tense situations (e.g. disgruntled persons, disruptive behavior, redirect and reduce homelessness off property, etc..**Who we are looking for*** Minimum of 3-5 years previous Security Supervisor experience in a healthcare environment with excellent customer service skills* Must have valid BSIS Guard Card with Powers to Arrest & Appropriate Use of Force certificate* Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test* Ability to perform necessary physical duties, i.e., walking, standing and making necessary round* Must have basic computer skills and ability to use a smartphone* Must be able to obtain all company and client training requirements (provided by the company* Preferred : First Aid / CPR and AED certified**Join Us for Walk-In Interviews -** Walk-in interviews are held every Wednesday at our San Francisco location from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.465 California St. Suite 210 San Francisco, CA 94104PPO# 15655 #J-18808-Ljbffr Marina Security Services, Inc.
