Job Details:

• Smile and greet clients!
• Maintain good client relations
• Refer clients for new services when appropriate
• Process client transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly
• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skillset
• Follow bank policies and procedures
• Uphold Fortifi Bank's Core Values at all times

• Previous banking experience preferred but not required
• Superior client service and communication skills

• Flexibility to work at several branch locations is a plus!
