Collection Manager, Junior

Overview Streamline Defense is seeking a junior-level Collection Manager to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. Multiple openings are available. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers. Responsibilities Receive and analyze intelligence requirements and determine resource availability and capacity Research, develop, draft, coordinate, monitor, and task collection requirements Develop and activate multi-INT collection strategies to close intelligence gaps Submit and track HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT collection requirements in support of all-source analysts Evaluate reporting, identify unsatisfied and new requirements, and update collection planning Plan and coordinate blended operations and support activities for CONUS and OCONUS operations and brief leadership on status Collaborate with legal, technical, analytic, and CI components to ensure the integrity of ongoing operations Streamline Defense is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business supporting defense and intelligence customers. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance Experience developing and submitting collection requirements across multiple INTs 3+ years of experience relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years Bachelor's degree in a related field (an additional 4 years of relevant experience, 7 years total, may substitute for the degree) Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and to apply structured analytic techniques Desired Qualifications Collection management course completion (CM-Basic, JCMC, or service equivalent) Familiarity with COLISEUM, NSRP, GIMS, or similar requirement systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Streamline Defense
