A Better Solution In Home Care has been helping individuals and families with their care needs since 2005.  We are seeking caregivers to join our amazing care team!  We work personally with each caregiver’s schedule and skill set to make good client/caregiver matches.  

Our clients are located as far South as Bellevue and as far North as Mount Vernon and everywhere in between! 
We are looking for Caregivers that are committed, have compassion for others and are eager to work. 

We have a kind gentleman in Woodinville who is in need of care Monday and Thursday from 2pm-6pm. He needs assistance with showering and general housekeeping.

Job Description

• Personal care, including bathing assistance 
• Transfers & ambulation
• Meal preparation, special diets
• Transportation to appointments and shopping
• Light house keeping, home management
• Medication reminders
• Companionship & supervision

Job Requirements:

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within  200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
• Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
• Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out) 
• Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving) 
• Good written and oral communication skills

•• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers
