You'll handle outbound calls for maintenance appointments, manage lead flow, and collect outstanding balances with professionalism. Light bookkeeping, clerical tasks, and promoting service agreements will also be part of your role. With your calm demeanor, you'll navigate challenging personalities, schedule equipment replacement estimates, and help keep our HVAC and plumbing operations running seamlessly.QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR:3+ years of customer service experienceProficiency with technology and software, including Microsoft ExcelPunctual, dependable, trustworthy, and always on timeExcellent at following up and seeing requests or projects through to completionCoachable and curious about the plumbing and HVAC industry with a natural desire to learn new thingsA sense of urgency, impeccable follow-through skills, great attention to detail, and highly organizedA calm personality and the ability to diplomatically interact with challenging customersA self-starter who quickly finishes tasksPreferred but not required:Outbounding experienceExperience working with a plumbing, HVAC, or another trade companyProficiency with ServiceTitan softwareCompetitive spirit that pursues winning with a passionLEARN ABOUT US:Denver is an extraordinary city, with incredible winters and even more spectacular summers.
